Kavitha Joseph

Kavitha Joseph is the Principal Solicitor and founder of Lynwood Solicitors, where she brings Lynwood’s ethos to life: traditional expertise with a modern approach. With over a decade of experience, she has refined her expertise across prestigious London firms and now advises individuals, investors and businesses on commercial and residential property transactions throughout the UK.

Kavitha holds an LLB (Hons) and a Commendation in Legal Practice from BPP Law School, and has also completed an International Financial Certification course at the European School of Economics. She began her career in a leading UK law firm working in core corporate areas including M & A and asset management, before specialising in property law in 2010.

Her work spans high-net-worth property purchases and sales, multi-tenant commercial acquisitions and disposals (including shopping centres), and advising an aviation company on aircraft and helicopter leasing. Clients value Kavitha’s calm, commercially focused advice and her ability to explain complex matters in plain English. Combining rigorous, detail-driven legal work with responsive communication and a streamlined, client-friendly process, she is known for keeping clients updated and driving transactions through to completion with care and efficiency.

Outside the office, Kavitha loves making the most of family time with her two daughters. Her journey into law—and her decision to found Lynwood—comes from a strong belief that clients should be able to access straightforward, practical legal support. Through her leadership, she’s building a welcoming platform for like-minded people and setting a standard for modern, client-first law.

Ebru Kisa

Ebru Kisa is a Fee Earner at Lynwood Solicitors with extensive experience in residential and commercial property transactions. She graduated with a 2:1 LLB from City, University of London and went on to achieve a Distinction in the Master’s in Legal Practice (LPC).

Ebru is recognised for her calm, supportive and thorough approach, working closely with clients to guide them through each stage of the process and ensuring they feel informed and reassured throughout. Since 2022, she has continued to build on this experience, supporting clients across a wide range of matters. She also supports clients with Wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney, providing a personal and compassionate service during what can often be sensitive or emotional matters.
