Job Description:
Property / Conveyancing Solicitor / Watford / Hertfordshire / Law
We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Residential Conveyancing Solicitor to join our team. Commercial Conveyancing experience would also be beneficial. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a caseload of residential property transactions from start to finish. This will include dealing with sales, purchases, re-mortgages, and transfers of equity.
Responsibilities:
- Managing a caseload of residential conveyancing matters
 - Liaising with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and other parties involved in the transactions
 - Conducting property searches and reviewing legal documents
 - Drafting contracts, transfer deeds, and other legal documents
 - Providing expert legal advice to clients and ensuring transactions proceed smoothly and efficiently
 - Keeping up to date with changes in property law and regulations
 
Requirements:
- Qualified Solicitor with at least 3 years of experience in residential conveyancing
 - Strong knowledge of property law and conveyancing procedures in the UK
 - Excellent communication and client care skills
 - Ability to work independently and as part of a team
 - Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
